LiftIQ, Inc. ("LiftIQ," "we," "us") operates elevpulse.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

• Account information: Name, work email, company name, and role when you sign up.
• OEM monitoring data: Read-only elevator fault codes, health scores, maintenance logs, and trip data from the OEM portals you connect. We never write to OEM systems.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration — used to improve the product.
• Communications: Messages you send to support or sales.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the LiftIQ platform
• To send service alerts, maintenance reminders, and account notifications
• To improve the product based on usage patterns
• To respond to support requests

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data or building operations data to any third party
• We do not share your data with OEM companies without your explicit consent
• We do not use your building data to train models for other customers

Data retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Upon cancellation, you may request a full export. After 30 days post-cancellation, all data is permanently deleted.

Security

OEM credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. We conduct regular security audits and maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance (in progress).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@elevpulse.com. We respond within 30 days.
