These Terms of Service govern your use of LiftIQ. By accessing or using LiftIQ, you agree to these terms.
Service description
LiftIQ provides read-only aggregation of elevator monitoring data from third-party OEM platforms (Otis ONE, KONE 24/7, Schindler Online, TK Elevator) and presents that data in a unified dashboard. LiftIQ does not provide elevator maintenance services and is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by OEM platforms.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You confirm you have authority to connect the OEM accounts you link to LiftIQ
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of OEM data complies with your OEM service agreements
Acceptable use
You may not: reverse engineer LiftIQ, use the platform to violate OEM terms of service, share access credentials, or use automated scraping on the LiftIQ platform.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly per building. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Pilots and trials
30-day pilots are offered at no charge. No credit card is required. At the end of the pilot period, the account becomes inactive unless you subscribe.
Limitation of liability
LiftIQ is a monitoring and reporting tool. We do not guarantee that alerts will prevent elevator failures. LiftIQ is not liable for elevator breakdowns, equipment damage, personal injury, or tenant losses regardless of whether an alert was or was not generated. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
Data ownership
Your building data belongs to you. LiftIQ holds a limited license to process and display it for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. LiftIQ may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
